Our Experience
A defining chapter in ATIS’s development was its cooperation with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), one of Japan’s major shipping groups.
Between 2005 and 2019, ATIS acted as a manning agent for MOL, gaining extensive experience in crew selection and personnel management under established international procedures.
This work included the implementation of a cadet programme beginning in 2008 and annual audits conducted by MOL.
The experience contributed to ATIS’s understanding of structured recruitment, professional development, and the operational expectations of international shipping companies.
